1.我們將與客戶建立親切、良好的合作關(guān)系,在合作中互相學(xué)習(xí),聽取客戶的建議,尊重客戶的意見。在開機時我們會系統(tǒng)地、規(guī)范地對操作、維修及管理人員進行免費培訓(xùn)。以后我們還會在公司工程師服務(wù)的過程中,將設(shè)備的操作、保養(yǎng)等各方面的知識、經(jīng)驗毫無保留地傳授給用戶。
We will make good relationships with our client, study together in cooperation. We will listen to out client and show our respect. We will train the operators by the numbers and normatively. After that ,we will give our experience to out client completely.
2.定單發(fā)出后,即建立與客戶的聯(lián)系,從設(shè)備的安裝設(shè)計到現(xiàn)場安裝都要賦予我們的關(guān)心.指導(dǎo)客戶管路布置,檢查氣路、電路等有無問題,以便及時為客戶免費開車調(diào)試.
Relationship is made when the order of goods is delivered. We will be patient from the beginning to the end.
3.保修期內(nèi),服務(wù)人員每到一地,將走訪附近所有的客戶,了解每一套設(shè)備運行狀況,檢查設(shè)備,消除可能存在的隱患,免費指導(dǎo)客戶維護保養(yǎng),同時我們也會以各種方式,如:電話、傳真等了解每一套設(shè)備運行狀況、維護保養(yǎng)狀況、以及客戶的備件儲存狀況,及時提出我們的建議,確保每一套設(shè)備高效、低費用、無故障的運行。
We will do our best to do the after-sales service.
4.一旦故障發(fā)生,我們將方即做出反應(yīng),一方面以電話或傳真迅速處理,另一方面我們會24小時服務(wù),24小時內(nèi)到達現(xiàn)場處理情況.
If there is problem ,we will respond very quickly. First ,we will handle the problem by telephone of fax;second ,we will arrive within 24 hours.
5.備件供應(yīng),為使客戶的備件儲存費用降到盡可能低的程度,通常我們只要客戶有一定的一類備件和極少量的二類備件.并且為了保證客戶所購產(chǎn)品的使用壽命,我們要求用戶務(wù)必使用我公司提供的純正零部件.此外,我們有充裕的各類備件儲存.
We have enough spare parts. Out client don't have to keep too many of that,so it is very convenient for our client.
